I bought a used Honda Odyssey 2005 EX-L with Navigation and Entertainment. Everything was awesome at this dealership. You know the usual waste of time at car dealership, that you expect, no matter how big and Entertainment. Everything was awesome at this dealership. But the worst to mention is, when I test drove this minivan, there were 8 seats in it, including the jump seat which goes in the middle of 2nd row captain seats. I went to buy this van 4 days later and the van was without the 8th seat. I was told that I don't remember it correctly. I showed the salesman it was there in the pictures on their website. Salesman confirmed it, checked with service folks and told me it is now as it is. They dropped the price on this with some haggling and conversation but it was a soar taste. Except this, overall experience was awesome. Scott Raymond was the sales guy at McGrath Lexus and other than the 8th seat issue, everything else was good about him. We found him courteous as compared to other sales people I met at other dealerships. More
