I'm always concerned about the traditional car salesman going back & forth with his manager to negotiate a price. I told Abe that I wanted their best deal up front. If it was good, I would accept. I had been looking for either a new or slightly used Lexus ES 350 for several weeks. A lot of games being played by a lot of dealers and sales people. I went on the internet and saw that Kathy Mallet Lexus ES 350 for several weeks. A lot of games being played by a lot of dealers and sales people. I went on the internet and saw that Kathy Mallet was the internet sales manager at McGrath in Westmont and thought I would give her a call. She was great right from the start. She provided me with several options and described each one as well as her recommendation. She told me that she would meet any other trade in quote I had on my trade in even if it were not in writing which was unique. I found a car on the McGrath web site that was in their inventory and we worked up a price on that car over the phone. Kathy was able to discount the car somewhat and offer a great deal on Lexus financing. when I got to the dealer she told me that the car we discussed had actually sold but not to worry, she had another one that had several additional options that she would give me FOR NO ADDITIONAL COST! She was amazing. I got more than I wanted and no games just an honest price and value in a Lexus. I would highly recommend Kathy Mallet for anyone who is looking for a new Lexus. More
