Decided to give McGrath a try primarily because Joe Scala had been very helpful with inquiries I had for cars I was interested in over the past few months bit did not purchase. Joe was always very helpful and professional with my requests and so paid a visit on Saturday to make a purchase with Joe if the deal worked for me. Bottom line, Joe did not disappoint and I walked away with a beautiful certified RX350 at a fair negotiated price without undue hassle or the usual back and forth. Joe made it clear he wanted my business and didn't want me to leave without buying the car I wanted. Throughout the whole process Joe was professional, informative, friendly and never made it seem like we were adversaries but instead was only interested in seeing that he could do what was necessary to make a sale that I would be happy with. And that is exactly what Joe did. It was indeed a pleasure buying the car with Joe. He is the consummate professional.
