Joe Scala was excellent and helped us evaluate our options and ultimately, we chose the more expensive one (for multiple reasons) from McGrath vs. buying a similar one from another dealer. It is all how you handle it. I do not not only judge a business by it's perfection, I also judge by how a company handles a situation that for whatever reason does not go perfectl I do not not only judge a business by it's perfection, I also judge by how a company handles a situation that for whatever reason does not go perfectly. We are all human and make mistakes. It is how we respond to mistakes when they happen that show the true integrity of a business. I just leased a 2015 RX350. This transaction started out bumpy to say the least. Mostly due to miscommunication. I am taking some responsibility for this as well. Here is what happened at the end of the day. This dealership clearly proved to me that I was very important to them and they wanted me happy. They accomplished this in one day! I will tell you that Donny, Tracy and Greg went above and beyond to deliver my beautiful new RX to me and meeting all my expectations. Maria in Customer Relations is very Professional and followed up very closely to be certain we ended up with the outcome that met the high standards of McGrath Lexus. This was the second vehicle I have purchased from McGrath Lexus and I HIGHLY recommend them. You will not find a higher level of service anywhere. Bob in customer delivery is fantastic! He spent a lot 0f time with me so I could drive away understanding all the impressive features I have and knowing how to use them. This is clouded setting ip 36 radio channels, syncing my iPhone,setting the mirrors and much more. Ask for Bob when you are ready to take your new vehicle home. More
