She met me at the dealership later that evening and stayed late to get the deal done. Alisa is friendly and respectful and made every effort to expedite the closing process (at my request) because of a tight time constraint for me. Her professional and friendly manner was on display throughout the dealership, as there was a seamless customer service transition from Alisa in sales to Michael in financing to Ben at delivery to the gentlemen who prepped the car.
