I had a great experience buying a used luxury sedan (Non Lexus) from them. The car was priced appropriately, and the sales person (Casey Baca / Catherine Baca) was great. She responded quickly, provided the requested details (so many other sales people at other dealers provide scripted non-responses without answering the question), she charged the EV up and waited on her afternoon off. And she worked well to configure it to our needs. The rest of the staff (other than the receptionist) seemed friendly too. Overall a great experience and so different to the many dealers I've been dealing with in my 2 month search for the right car. Highly recommend. More
