This was horrible! I felt like I was at Jiffy Lube. I come here because I have a luxury car and get luxury service. However, my service advisor Javier was anything but I felt like I was at Jiffy Lube. I come here because I have a luxury car and get luxury service. However, my service advisor Javier was anything but a service advisor. An hour and 15 minutes into my service I had to stop an employee walking by because I got no updates or even a link to check my service. The gentleman that helped me told me he would remind the service advisor Javier and two second later all of my updates came in. I’m paying over $100 for an oil change and have no clue what’s going on or when I will be done. I’m disappointed and not sure if will be back, I’m not sure what I’m paying for. They also said i hit a car wash and clearly didn’t pic included I can get an oil change and a car wash for way cheaper and same customer service. More
