He took the time to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the differences between the RX350's we were considering so we could make an informed decision. He knew we were considering other brands of cars and did not push us at all. It was a different experience than we have had in the past and it made us want to come back and purchase from Mel. After an extensive search over many months, we decided the Lexus was right for us, so we made an appointment with Mel who graciously stayed late to accommodate our schedule. We had a lot of questions as we had not done a lot of research on the hybrid model or the Lexus brand. Mel gave us a lot of good information related to the differences in the vehicles and allowed us to work through our buying process without feeling we were being pushed or managed.
