We worked out a very fair financial agreement;he helped us with the trade ins. Joe worked very hard to make sure the car was presented with every little detail taken care of. Joe stayed in constant contact with us so that we knew what was going on with the car. We also had an excellent meeting with Mike Connery in dealing with the closing of the deal. This is our 5th purchase/lease with McGrath Lexus...the hassle-free negotiations, the customer service & the quality of the vehicles keeps us coming back and also referring our family (parents have purchased 2 cars now from McGrath). Our appointment was for the morning of Black Friday. Joe was very honest and direct in answering our questions. The process with him was quick and efficient. While the vehicle we had initially inquired about wasn't available, he immediately had options for us to consider. Knowing that we were in a RUSH and that finance had other clients in front of us, Joe checked in on us to give us an ETA. While we waited to be seated with the finance department, Ben walked us through the features of our NX and took the time to set everything up for us. After he was finished, finance was ready to see us - -Aldo too made the experience painless & efficient. Greg displayed excellent customer service and explained everything to my dad clearly with no games etc. He gave him a great deal and the whole process was quick and easy. Aldo Datoli in finance was also excellent and very personable while explaining all options clearly. The dealership is spectacular and we were very impressed. It is a bit of a drive from St. Charles but my dad said he'll gladly make it for any service/car washes because of the way he was treated. More
