I looked online on Tuesday and wanted a Friday appointment. I booked a 2:00 appointment because only afternoon appointments were available. Afterwards I remembered an event I’d intended to go t appointment. I booked a 2:00 appointment because only afternoon appointments were available. Afterwards I remembered an event I’d intended to go to on Friday at 3:00. I called Thursday afternoon and asked if I could come earlier. I was given a 7:30 am appointment. I need break work and wheel alignment which was going to take 3 to 4 hours. I was offered a loaner car. This dealership is always so accommodating. I didn’t take the loaner but decided to wait instead. I bought my car at this dealership and have had my car serviced here for 5 years and have always been impressed with their service and attentiveness to the customer needs. More

After picking up my car, it made a noise from the right rear wheel. I called my service advisor, and he asked me to come back right away. He had the car looked at and repaired while I waited so I would not rear wheel. I called my service advisor, and he asked me to come back right away. He had the car looked at and repaired while I waited so I would not have to come back at a future date. He also put it in my service history that my next detailing would be on the dealership, which is a nice way of saying thank you for your patience. I highly recommend McGrath Lexus of westmont. More
