Recommended, Yet Barely Bought a used RX-350 here. That experience was fine. Service in previous two visits has been good. My last trip in I would up leaving. Made an app Bought a used RX-350 here. Made an appointment for 10:00 AM, pulled into the queue, and was not acknowledged by my assigned service advisor for at least 15 minutes and then worked my way out. I know it was a busy Saturday, yet to stand outside my car waiting on an advisor for a simple acknowledgement, especially after making an appointment is unacceptable for e Lexus dealer. I'm trying Woodfield Lexus today for my scheduled maintenance. My buddy has been touting their service for years. He finally got me to drive the extra 15 minutes. This is a follow up: Woodfield Lexus identified that McGrath missed changing out my cabin air filter at the last 90,000!mile maintenance (was very dirty). So I paid for something I didn’t get. Bad quality I went get my spark plugs done. When I got the car back the check engine light as on. They told me it wa sa bad gas cap. I went to another mechanic he I went get my spark plugs done. When I got the car back the check engine light as on. They told me it wa sa bad gas cap. I went to another mechanic he told me one of the spark plugs was cracked and they didn’t even replace one of the plugs. They also damaged my door handle and denied any of it. I highly recommend you go somewhere else More

Wonderful Dealership Experience! I recently came in on Friday for a car wash and while in the dealership I noticed a beautiful 2016 RX350.
