I am very pleased with the service, both quality and response time, when I contact McGrath. It is always pleasant to speak directly with someone who can direct your call to another human being as oppose response time, when I contact McGrath. Dino gets straight to the point without any needless or phony attitude. I have no doubt he is giving me the best available service and advice. The young lady answering the phone has obvious low level intelligence, very limited capabilities and does not project any level of confidence she is capable of executing a task to completion. More
