I purchased my car 2004 and ever since I have been using the dealer to service the car. I have only one incident out of the sixteen years. I love doing business with the company in Westmont because they are the dealer to service the car. I have only one incident out of the sixteen years. I love doing business with the company in Westmont because they are committed to what they do, respectful especially my service advisor, Casey komosa. He is one of the few that I keep coming and professional. I couldn’t ask for any better . McGrath of Lexus Westmont is very fortunate to have a devoted employee. McGrath Lexus of Westmont - Service Department as a whole I've been a loyal McGrath Lexus customer for a number of years. At first it was simply just due to the convenience as they were only a few neighborhoo I've been a loyal McGrath Lexus customer for a number of years. At first it was simply just due to the convenience as they were only a few neighborhoods from where I lived. As time went by, despite changing vehicle models, my loyalty of Lexus and the McGrath family never wavered. This was due largely in part by, but not limited to their service department. I really have to give the kudos here on taking the lead here to Casey Komosa. He is the definition of not just customer service, but client satisfaction. He always greets you with a smile, maintaining a professional yet friendly demeanor, he does not try to upsell you on things you do not need, but will always recommend you for things that could benefit you in the short or long term that relates to the life of the vehicle, as well as your enjoyment during the life of the vehicle in which you own it. Fast forward a few years, I ended up moving about 30 minutes away. There were a couple of other Lexus dealerships I could have gone to that were closer.. but I stayed and will continue to go to McGrath Lexus of Westmont's service department because of people such as Casey, the service techs and porters that work here. Casey and many of the service porters here (unfortunately I do not remember all of their names) have taken my fiancee's car and my own here with the utmost care. They are all diligent in their work and the techs that we've spoken to in the past share a wealth of knowledge that I can attest to. It makes me actually not apprehensive bringing my vehicle in for service when the time comes to do so. Casey (and team) have a true penchant for providing a rewarding, genuine commitment and fortitude in growth for customer excellence. I know that this rating may be lost among the others that arrive, but I sure hope that those that take the time to read this review, understand that this is written by me, no one told me to do this - in fact, I had to search for Casey's name on DealerRater, and found him NOT to be in there, so I had to write it in manually. I am taking the extra time and effort to stand up for every single person in this service department at McGrath but am highlighting Casey's exemplary performance to date and has made me stay loyal to this brand and the family because he has continued to show myself, my fiancee and my family the quality that he can provide as well as the confidence he can entrust us with. Made an appointment for 10:00 AM, pulled into the queue, and was not acknowledged by my assigned service advisor for at least 15 minutes and then worked my way out. I know it was a busy Saturday, yet to stand outside my car waiting on an advisor for a simple acknowledgement, especially after making an appointment is unacceptable for e Lexus dealer. I'm trying Woodfield Lexus today for my scheduled maintenance. My buddy has been touting their service for years. He finally got me to drive the extra 15 minutes. This is a follow up: Woodfield Lexus identified that McGrath missed changing out my cabin air filter at the last 90,000!mile maintenance (was very dirty). So I paid for something I didn’t get. Interesting. More
Bad quality I went get my spark plugs done. When I got the car back the check engine light as on. They told me it wa sa bad gas cap. I went to another mechanic he I went get my spark plugs done. When I got the car back the check engine light as on. They told me it wa sa bad gas cap. I went to another mechanic he told me one of the spark plugs was cracked and they didn’t even replace one of the plugs. They also damaged my door handle and denied any of it. I highly recommend you go somewhere else More

The recent Chicago Auto Show was motivation to check out the latest Lexus models, and I liked what I saw there. I am loyal to McGrath Lexus of Westmont on account of the wonderful people, my high satisfaction with the cars they have sold me, and their service to maintain them. Wonderful Dealership Experience! I recently came in on Friday for a car wash and while in the dealership I noticed a beautiful 2016 RX350. I instantly knew it was the right car for m I recently came in on Friday for a car wash and while in the dealership I noticed a beautiful 2016 RX350. I instantly knew it was the right car for me and my wife. Joe was able to structure a fair deal on our trade-in and worked very hard to get us in the car and out on the road in very short order. The whole team at McGrath is awesome at what they do and Joe has been my go to guy for a long time. Nice work Joe! More

It's always been an excellent place where I feel very confident in my service rep, Paul Tuffner, and enjoy the inviting atmosphere provided by the Lux Cafe's proprietor, Melissa Hoffman, (who opened it, to the delight of the McGrath patrons a few years ago). Believe it or not, I actually LOOK FORWARD to visiting my McGrath Service Center whenever it's necessary, (or for occasional complimentary car washes!). It's a pleasure being with the friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming people like Paul and Melissa. As my title states: "I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!" More
