I was having a problem with my rim plating bubbling and pealing. I went to highland park lexus for service. They were giving me a hard time to have all 4 rims replaced, and to top it off, they wanted me to pealing. I went to highland park lexus for service. They were giving me a hard time to have all 4 rims replaced, and to top it off, they wanted me to wait 1 hour to get a loaner car so my issue could be fixed. I ended up walking out of the dealership and going back to McGrath lexus. When I called Paul on the Phone he was the best as always! I was able to make an Apt at my convience, when I drove in to the service bay, I was met right away by a porter to take my info. Then Paul met me and completed his paperwork, we looked at the defective rims, and I was in a loaner car. The entire process took less than 10 mins and I was on my way! I highly recomend Paul as a service advisor!!! and Definatly recomend McGrath lexus for your purchase and service needs!!! Great Job Paul!!! Thank you for your help!!! More

We have grown a working relationship and always make me feel comfortable when coming to the dealer for any of my service or purchasing needs. When it comes to Rita Barkstrom, she pretty much always knows when I am coming in and will always find me to say hello and catch up. She is a great individual to work with any will always go to her for my future purchases and will refer anyone to her who is looking to purchase a Lexus.
