First of all, I would like to apologize about the way you were treated during the sale of your new Cube. "Giggling and walking away" is not professional and I will not accept that from a sales representative at McGrath Nissan, he has been sat down and talked to concerning this. As far as the financing, the offers available from Nissan allow for 2.9% special financing for 60 months or $500.00 cash provided you finance with Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation at there standard rates. At the rate of 4.39% and the rebate of $500.00 your payment is $336.91 and you are paying back $20214.60 if you make every payment for the entire 60 months. If you were to have chosen the 2.9% and no rebate your payment is $333.56 and you would have been paying back a total of $20013.60 if you made every payment for the entire 60 months. The difference is $3.35 per month or $201.00 for the entire 60 months. Keith understood that you were paying off the vehicle early, so he told you this was the best way because you achieved your total savings up front with the $500 rebate even though the payment is a little higher. If you go with the 2.9% special financing your savings are spread out over the entire 60 months. So if you pay it off early, like you told him you were going to do, a large portion of the savings would be lost. If you feel that this was explained to you wrong or you feel we rushed you into an incorrect decision, please let me know what we can do to remedy the situation. Thanks Scott McGrath

This is still charging me more money in the end. But my problem was the lack of explanation by the finance guy. He stated that by going with this $500 rebate I was going to save an additional $410, where did this come from, since I am being charged $200 extra in interest. From what I understand it is to late to change the loan over to the 2.9% since the bank has already approved and the payment date is soon approaching. And to be truthful if I did change it to a different financing offer it would be the 0% for 36 months So what I would really great is if you could have some parts I purchased installed into my car at no charge. Impact (shock) Sensor Light up kick plates and maybe splash guard Thanks

Please contact Steve Stanley or Manny Crisostomo at you convenience to arrange a time to come in and let's get the service department working on it. Thanks, Scott M.

I am sorry that this customer feels that way about how they were handled at McGrath Nissan. The salesperson that handled this client was new to the automobile business and unfortunately did not explain the equipment level of the advertised vehicle correctly on the phone, so when they arrived at the store they were upset with the us. I attempted to contact the customer on two separate occasion to rectify the problem that occurred when they came in, however they chose not to respond to my messages. The salesperson has since decided to choose another career path. Scott McGrath
