Service department needs to be retrained. First it was a chip, problem not fixed, than they replaced the fuel pump, problem partially fixed, but then they wanted to do another fix. Four weeks without a car, thousands of dollars in partial fixes. I am done with this service department and going back Honda.
Also, this rating system only lets you pick sales people and I only dealt with Service people. The best help I got was from the parts department because their manager made the service department call me back.

We purchased a Truck from them and traded in our Explorer. That went pretty smoothly.... now over 40+ days and 2 payments on the traded in vehicle..... I still don’t get any answers. Save yourself time and money!!!!
