His overall demeanor made me comfortable saying yes and waiting for a deal to be made when I was already late for work. I had a few bad experiences with McGrath in the past and this buying experience has changed that to an opportunity for future buying from McGrath based on Jay and his customer service attitude and willingness to help someone. I still thank the finance team and GM who did their own hard work in ensuring my car troubles were of the past.
