My wonderful experience started with a test drive with Bob who was very knowledgable and able to answer all my many questions (willingly).It ended with Sam (business manager) who thoroughly explained all the details of my transaction some things twice. I am new to the Cadillac family but the service I received speaks volumes I am a complete Cadillac lover and I'm not sure if I would purchase any other vehicle. These guys were great! More

After leaving and still today cannot I actually believe I bought a car as it was so easy.I have to look at SRX in garage to be sure it actually happened,Sam in finance helped w/follow up paper work/registration.Lots of tv ads tout an easy buying process--McGuire actually does it.Give them a shot--you will be happy More
