Great Buying Experience I was at the end of my lease on an SRX and was undecided on whether to keep it and pay the high buy out price or turn it in on a new XT5. Based upon I was at the end of my lease on an SRX and was undecided on whether to keep it and pay the high buy out price or turn it in on a new XT5. Based upon various factors, I decided to turn it in but look for a Certified SRX instead. A search of the Long Island dealers near to where I live did not turn up a car that appealed to me, but I found one at McGuire Cadillac, over the Outerbridge in New Jersey. After calling about the car, I took a ride to McGuires and met with Jodie Bossert. She was very pleasant, helpful and easy to deal with. We made a deal on the SRX, turned in my car and drove away with the certified one in just a few hours. Sam Kolenovic, the business manager, was equally professional and easy to work with. He explained all of the copious paperwork in great detail and explained all of the add on offerings honestly. It was not a hard sell experience at all. Sam and the business people handled all of the documentation and out of state registrations perfectly. A couple of days later, I realized that the wheel lock key was missing. I called their service department, who apologized and told me to bring the car right in. I went the next day without an appointment. The service group took the car in immediately and gave me a free loaner so I could drive around while the car was being worked on. Very smooth and pleasant correction of the problem. Even though it is a long drive from my home, I would do business with them again. More
