This is my 3rd Audi, 2nd with McKenna and Esmerelda. I will continue my business with McKenna as long as Esmerelda is there. Amazing and friendly experience! This is one of the very few dealerships that I wouldn't recommend shopping at. The sales was fine, but the internet sales manager wasn't very flexible and the CPO service guy was purely rude. The test d recommend shopping at. The sales was fine, but the internet sales manager wasn't very flexible and the CPO service guy was purely rude. The test drive experience and the negotiation process through my sales contact was okay, although both the sales and the service guy was in denial of the engine spin-up noise. The CPO service guy just wasn't receptive to any comment made on the car and became rude and offensive. The obvious choice was to shop else where. More
In 2008, i purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and it has been quite the ordeal. Out of the 20+ cars that i have purchased through out my life, my experiences with Audi Mckenna, with both their sa and it has been quite the ordeal. Out of the 20+ cars that i have purchased through out my life, my experiences with Audi Mckenna, with both their sales department and especially the service department have been atrocious. First, on the sales side, i bought a used A6 which i was assured by Damon Leyeba (Used car salesman) that the car was in great condition. To my despair, the car was far from ideal conditions to be driven let alone sold. Within 2 months of buying the car, i was forced to replace all of the break pads and rotors of the car. Throughout the next 4 years of owning the car, the check engine light has never turned off and i feel almost as if the car has spent more time in the garage of Audi service then in my own! In 2010 alone i brought my car to Audi service more then 8 times due to the check engine light which they were never able to find a solution for. Two days ago i brought my car in because the check engine light came on again. I was skeptical to bring it in because they have not been able to properly fix my car for the past 4 years and my extended warranty just expired weeks ago. To Audi's convenience they "finally" found what was wrong with my car and have brought up thousands of dollars worth of damages that they somehow weren't able to find after all these years. I know that everyone will have a different experience with Audi Mckenna, some good, some bad, but i felt that it was necessary to share how i have been 100% scammed throughout my whole experience with this dealership. I implore all those considering Audi Mckenna to choose elsewhere to purchase and service their vehicles. More
Stay away from this place. Came in looking to trade a 09 Acura TSX for a new Audi A4. At first the salesperson was very friendly and took us to the back part of the dealership where they have all of their i Acura TSX for a new Audi A4. At first the salesperson was very friendly and took us to the back part of the dealership where they have all of their inventory. We wanted to get an A4 Premium Plus but from there it all went downhill. The salesperson told us that if we wanted to get a Premium Plus that we where looking to be paying about $600+ a month, So he pushed us to test drive a A4 Sport that had a sticker price of 36K. So we did the test drive and decided to run some numbers. Oh boy did they even run some correct numbers. They wanted me to put money down and my payments were going to be about $570 a month. And this is for a car that I was getting pushed to get because according to the salesperson I could not afford the Premium Plus. At the end when they could not get any money down from me I decided to walk away and Mario told me that they were not going to loose money on a car when they can get money from someone else that was interested in the car. The following day I went to Audi of West Covina and Purchased a 2011 Audi A4 premium Plus for way way less than what McKenna Wanted. More

The next McKennas Audi in Norwalk . We spotted a 2007 A4. It took many hours to work out a deal to purchase this car. It was very alte when we left. The next morning my daughter said that the drivers floormats was missing. I remember the floormats because they were freshly cleaned and with the back seat down they were laid out. The dealer said to bad for you we do not sell the floormats with a used car. They would not even look. They took it and did not want to even think a out replacing it. Basically tellingy daughter tuff. Bit since you did not see it we don't either. This place sucks. More

Of all the years I've bought my cars and brought them in for service, I have never had a bad experience. I am always treated professionally and courteously in a very friendly manner. Even though I can get c for service, I have never had a bad experience. I am always treated professionally and courteously in a very friendly manner. Even though I can get cheaper service elsewhere, I always turn to the guys at McKenna for all my needs of my car because of their amazing customer service and top of the line quality work. I highly recommend purchasing your vehicle from them and bringing your car in for service. And even though I live a lot further away from their location, I still go out of my way to go only to them. Even better, they offer to pick my car up at work and either drop it back off before my day is over or they bring along a complimentary vehicle to drive around for the day. Can't beat that convenience!! There's no where else I'd rather go!! More
I was so excited when I got my 2010 Audi Q5 that all I wanted was finish with the paperwork and drive off, but when I was sent to the "Finance" department, Michael Williamson did not let me leave his offi wanted was finish with the paperwork and drive off, but when I was sent to the "Finance" department, Michael Williamson did not let me leave his office (it was already 10:15pm until I purchased the Strikeforce paint sealant, which is a rip off. Unfortunately, I did, he charged me $560.00 for it. I know I was prepared to say no to this and I kept saying no because I've had previous experiences but Michael just would not take "no" for an answer and kept pushing. My husband was with me and we both looked at each other, exhausted, shaking our heads... I finally was so tired of it all and said: "okay, I just want to go home now." In all honesty, I felt like I was violated. More
Most recent service was horrendous. Somebody there broke my hood lift and the dealership takes no responsibilty. I came in with a working hood and left with a bill saying I need to buy a new actuator. On to my hood lift and the dealership takes no responsibilty. I came in with a working hood and left with a bill saying I need to buy a new actuator. On top of that the service foreman, denied my warranty claim and literally stormed out in a huff (I was not yelling or making a seen, I was answering his questions in a calm manner), that was the most unprofessional display of attitude that I have ever been a witness to. On an earlier service visit, the air vents were changed out to a darker plastic all without telling me, funny because my service had nothing to do with the hvac system. They probably dismantled the dashboard and lost/broke the original vents. The car was absolutely filthy with technicians grease and oil prints on the interior. They used to issue service loaners and now resort to enterprise rentals. Getting a complimentary rental was like pulling teeth. The service department is not as busy as other dealerships, due to in my opinion its bad reputation. Before I had ever set foot into their service department, I had read many horror stories and complaints, they are true. Susan was the most helpful and she gets the job done. Dan is really nice, but seems timid and won't be your advocate in warranty claims. Greg is a newcomer. I had excellent service at Mission Viejo Audi, Poor Service at Circle Audi, Poor Service at Mckenna Audi. More
I did have several visits in 2004-05 to the service center and at least experienced great customer service, though the wait was always MUCH longer than expected, but, all those great service people hav center and at least experienced great customer service, though the wait was always MUCH longer than expected, but, all those great service people have gone to different dealerships. One service person I dealt with (not a rep but a "mechanic") scoffed at me when I explained the problems I had and told me to just "turn the knob of the sunroof back and forth" to fix the fact that the sunroof would close on me by itself. I recently got it fixed at another dealership by simply replacing the switch. I will only be going back to this dealership to return the car, but never for service/to purchase a car. More
