Liked Taylor and Jimmy. Didn't care for the finance person. He refused to finance with EFCU. instead financed through Ally, I have to pay a higher percentage and there are n Didn't care for the finance person. I have several accounts with EFCU and they have a branch in the same parking lot where my wife works. Our salesperson said we could finance wherever we wanted but the finance person said McKenzie gets money from Ally for using them. I personally don't give A xxxx about your kick backs the customer should come first. The reason I wasn't at Alan Turner Chevrolet buying a new Chevy truck instead of McKenzie buying a new GMC is because they pulled the same financing scheme when I bought a new 2019 Traverse. I won't be shopping at either place for my next vehicle. I will be settling the finances first and foremost the next time. More

Even after military discount, bill was ~$100 more than quoted. They "couldn't duplicate" an issue I have every single day. I missed the "1st oil change free" window due to being out of town, but Svc Mgr w quoted. They "couldn't duplicate" an issue I have every single day. When I arrived to pay for repair (singular), paperwork wasn't ready despite me having called that afternoon, and person at service desk was laughing and yammering with customer who was a personal friend so her paperwork alone took 15 mins. I finally got mine and was able to go pay after cashier called twice, I walked between offices twice, and Svc Mgr finally walked in to check for my paperwork. Lastly, many dealers wash or otherwise clean your car before pickup, my Buick received neither; there wasn't even the paper floor mat cover that mechanics have used for decades. I'll go elsewhere.
