Liz was personable and relatable. Even though the process took some time even the silence which there was just the right amount was comfortable with her felt familiar. One thing was I was told the car would be detailed before I got it and perhaps they rushed just a bit it was mostly clean but minor details . I’m so happy with my purchase ! Feels like family from the moment you pull onto the lot. I always feel welcomed by Joel (Shoestrang someone called him), Matt (Matty Ice), Woody, and Nick. The second I walk into the building, I feel very I always feel welcomed by Joel (Shoestrang someone called him), Matt (Matty Ice), Woody, and Nick. The second I walk into the building, I feel very much like part of the crew. I trust these guys with all of my vehicle needs. Whether its service or it's time to get a new ride, I will always go see these guys. No pressure, not pushy, very laid back, but they know details on almost every vehicle on the lot new or used. Once they know you're interested, they do a great job of making sure they are answering all your questions, but they also aren't pushy at all. Definitely an all star team for McKenzie Buick GMC. Will see you all soon!! More

Matt and Joel were extremely helpful and professional! We already had financing in place and had already found the vehicle we were looking for on the McKenzie website, so it was a very easy process! I was pleased that they didn't try to talk us into a more expensive vehicle as some salespersons would. They were both respectful of our time and spoke to both me and my husband. That's a biggie for me! In the past, there have been other salespersons that would only speak to the male person that was with me and I was totally ignored! That was the moment I left the dealership and moved on to purchase elsewhere. TOTALLY NOT THE CASE at McKenzie! My husband and I BOTH were treated with respect and that's HUGE! Thanks Guys! Great buying experience! Will definitely recommend to all of my family and friends! More
