Services took longer than stated. I was told the service would take approximately 1.5 hours. I was there over two hours. I would be glad to stay if I can charge the service department I was told the service would take approximately 1.5 hours. I was there over two hours. Got ripped off for warranty work on transmission Had truck towed back for warranty work, received a call about week later that it was not the transmission they said that it was the radaitor leaked in Had truck towed back for warranty work, received a call about week later that it was not the transmission they said that it was the radaitor leaked into the cooling system. It cost $6500.00 to fix. No proof or choice by then but to let them do it. Went to pick it up the tech drove it 26 miles on test drive, i didn;t make it 10 miles down the road with out issues. Return it to dealership 3 or 4 days later they notified me another $1500.00 for GM parts, and that was free labor. or after market parts for $500.00 and free labor. Then returned to pick up truck and returned home and found new parts i was charged for in orginal bill had not been replaced. Called and complained and they returned $200.00 of my money. I have still not heard from Melissa McKenzie after trying to get a return call about the situation and feel like I just recd a royal screwing. Thank you very much. More
