I had a very pleasant experience with Mr.Gene however.... the finance guy was not all so pleasant. After telling me I wasn't approved for a vehicle I knew I would get approved for with a certain company he s the finance guy was not all so pleasant. After telling me I wasn't approved for a vehicle I knew I would get approved for with a certain company he said i wasn't so I in turn called the company myself to find out that I was approved.... really makes for bad business when someone has to call their own financing and if it wasn't for me really wanting the vehicle i got and eyeballing it for almost 2 months I would have gotten up and walked out. Mr Gene was amazing the finance guy who sits out in the open on the other hand was not. After that the finance company needed further information from me and I decided to communicate with them directly and handle my business on my own since the finance man(manager) didnt seem to even care to try and get me financed with the company I chose. Told me I was disqualified because of my student loans and the direct company told me themselves they do not disqualify people for student loans smh. More
