Sales staff and Finance manager were professional and answered all questions. Add on $699 fee of the McKenzie service plan on top of a $1k doc fee is enough to make me not return. This plan is a mandator answered all questions. Add on $699 fee of the McKenzie service plan on top of a $1k doc fee is enough to make me not return. This plan is a mandatory fee that is meant to generate revenue and the perception of value to the customer. Accepting $2k less on a trade in then their competitor offered to be then hit with fee on fee was disheartening. More

Wow, what a bait and switch. They advertised a Sierra 1500 AT4 for 65K and i walked in ready to buy it. They start the workup on my trade and then tell me the website is wrong They advertised a Sierra 1500 AT4 for 65K and i walked in ready to buy it. They start the workup on my trade and then tell me the website is wrong and it’s actually 70K. They say they have had this issue for a while. Well, working in IT, I know things like that don’t go on for weeks. They lost a sale and a customer forever. This is an unscrupulous move to get people in the door. This is a textbook example of why people hate car dealers!! Do not waste your time with this place! More
