Kimber was laid back and treated us like family and us feel very comfortable with our 1 year old there with us too. It felt like we had known them both forever. Kimber and Mark both are incredibly knowledgeable which made us feel right at home. Priced right and the best in town! Although chief was not part of our process, he sat behind us while doing our paperwork and was so sweet and kind to us and our son and brought him a cookie which he loved! My only suggestion would be: If I am buying a car, please fill the car with gas as a courtesy. When I asked about it, I was told McKenzie Motors doesn't fill up "used" cars that are purchased. This small act of generosity would go a long way with your customers. And to be honest, not to do so after someone has purchased something so expensive is tasteless. More
