Purchased my 2022 GMC Canyon from Chuck. They had the color I wanted, desert sand metallic, in transit so I took a chance and started working with Chuck. From my first call to taking delivery, he was great and kept me informed daily as to the delivery status. It came in late Friday but they still got it ready for me to pick up on a Saturday to accommodate my work schedule. It was a 2 hour drive for me, one way, but well worth it. Everything went smoothly and I was on my way home in my new Canyon... with a full tank of gas! McKenzie operates like dealership should. Chuck went over how everything operated, even helping me set up my GMC app and sirius radio. They made me feel like they appreciated my business. It was a pleasure buying my new truck from them. More

I visited to discuss the purchase of an "in transit" vehicle as they are hard to get. I traded my vehicle and bought a new truck. The dealership is well organized and personnel are experienced. I have purchased 5 vehicles from McKenzie and have always been extremely satisfied with both sales and service. I recently moved from Milton to West Pesacola, but returned to McKenzie to get a great deal on been extremely satisfied with both sales and service. McKenzie Motors made the car buying experience easy and quick. I went in to see if they had the truck equipped the way I wanted and I was surprised by how many they had to choose from. I picked a white one quick. I went in to see if they had the truck equipped the way I wanted and I was surprised by how many they had to choose from. I picked a white one and again to my surprise they didn't mark the price up over sticker. Then my trade was valued more than I expected.
