Within minutes of arriving my saleslady Hannah Chandler had the keys to the vehicle I came to see. We rode down to the end of the lot and I inspected the vehicle. Didn't take for test drive as I had already test drove the same model as I was currently driving a rental that was the same model. The truck had a few upgrades from the base model of the line which was a pleasant surprise and checked off just about every item on my list for this trim level. We went inside and was given the price and proceeded to run credit and then handed off to Ella Colicchio who ran the numbers from loan companies carefully explaining the options for added warranty above the remaining manufacturer warranty and prepaid maintenance options. Never once did I feel pressured to take the additional options. After looking at a couple loan length terms and different down payments. We came to deal that was acceptable to me. Never once did I feel rushed to make a decision even though it was probably after closing time that the deal was accepted and the paperwork processed. I was by myself making the purchase in a rental truck which Miss Colicchio said they could take care of returning it the next day if the rental company would allow it.
