My only contact with McKinney Buick GMC is Brad Reed and he is great! I live 20+ miles from the dealership but will not be taking my Yukon anywhere else based on the way Brad has taken care of me. We had a couple of unusual situations with the vehicle and Brad found ways to take care of them. We initially contacted a closer GMC dealership but they were not able to deal with our situation in a way that we liked. Brad went above and beyond. More

Had my truck in for service. They performed the work as requested, but then tried the hard sell of additional services. Customer service was a bit underwhelming. Worst GMC dealership to try to do buisness with. First, they don't let you do purchase with outside financing. Second, the only way they can give GMC factory incentives is if you use THEIR financing First, they don't let you do purchase with outside financing. Second, the only way they can give GMC factory incentives is if you use THEIR financing. And last but not least third. Their sales managers are beyond arrogant and push when it comes to buying with them directly. If anyone wants to purchase any new GMC brand vehicle go to James Woods of Denton. It is WORTH THE DRIVE!. They are informative, give GMC incentive regardless of financing, and managers are there not to push you into a deal but to have a conversation and to keep them into consideration. Beyond glad I didn't not waste my time buying from Mckinney. More
