We dropped off our vehicle on a Saturday morning. We spoke with Chad about our needed maintenance and repairs. He had stated that they should be able to have it finished by Tuesday of the next week. He gave us his card and his cell phone and told us he would keep us updated and that we could text him for updates. Fast forward to the next week and on Monday at 2:30 we got a text and an email saying that they had inspected our vehicle and wanted us to go over the recommendations from the tech. Not sure why it took them until late Monday to inspect the vehicle we dropped off at 8 am on Saturday but we reviewed the recommendations and approved what we wanted done. Mind you we only went with the maintenance and repairs we had originally brought the vehicle in for. So after that we heard nothing else so I texted Chad asking for an update on Wednesday at 1:15. Never heard anything. So on Thursday I called in and after a very long wait Bryson?? Stated that the vehicle was ready for pick up. Again we had to call in to get this information. When we picked up the vehicle we found that they had not washed or vacuumed as we were told they would. We asked if Chad was working but no one could recall when he was last seen. We passed our frustrations on to the cashier but never heard from anyone else until we recieved a text message asking for a review. We have purchased several vehicle from this dealership and have used them for most of our service needs. However the service has been declining for the last several visits. Will have to consider another service drive for our future needs. More
