Lack of communication from service staff and reliability. 1. They tried to charge for tire rotation, which should have been included with the oil change. 2. They did not actually rotate the tires. I confirmed this by the incorrect tire pressures that remained aft have been included with the oil change. 2. They did not actually rotate the tires. They promised the job would be done in 2-3 hours, but they forgot to notify me, so we had to call them about the over 2hr delay. They did do a good job cleaning the vehicle. Not keen on trusting them after this. More

They worked through all the pricing and details with me and made purchasing my GMC Terrain easy and stress-free.
