My 2016 Yukon received a GMC recall for a defective taillight in 2019 or 2020. Unknown to me the recall for this defect had a 72,000 mile limit for the dealer to replace with no charge. However, I dri taillight in 2019 or 2020. Unknown to me the recall for this defect had a 72,000 mile limit for the dealer to replace with no charge. However, I drive approximately 27,000 miles a year therefore my vehicle was already passed the mileage limit when I received the recall notice and I had to pay for the replacement Three years later the same light had the same problem and had to replace the light AGAIN because the DEFECTIVE replacement had only a two year warranty. Bottom line this isn’t right or fair to me as a customer! Although I’m in the market for a new vehicle - it probably won’t be a GM product!! More
Was told had trucks that fit my need. When I came next day said they were sold and computers not updated . Ending up buying one. Came next day to pay , and would not take a cashier check. I really appreciated, Caleb, in service department who went beyond the usual to assist me with getting my car fixed. I came in for the usual oil change and found there was a bigger need. He immediately or went beyond the usual to assist me with getting my car fixed. I came in for the usual oil change and found there was a bigger need. He immediately ordered the parts needed and arranged for my car to be done by 6pm. Rides home and back were very helpful as I am a widow and no person available on short notice.
