Poor customer service, I would not recommend them for services. I had my battery replaced by them 2 times in a 4 year period and then had to pay for a diag fee when it died again all for them to tell me services. Manager was rude and basically told me I was wrong, they did a diag and I had to pay for it, although IF someone had told me ahead of time that I would have to pay that dig fee I would have inquired on why it was not covered under the battery warranty. The manager told me that they tested my battery and it was fine so he was unsure why AAA, who had to tow it into them, told me otherwise. He also said due to my mileage it’s normal to need need battery wires after 125K so my reply was if you knew that based on my mileage why did you proceed with a diag test and he had no valid answer except, he knew that because he’s been in the field for 10 years but someone else might not know that, which sounds like I’m being feed anything to get me to go away. He also said I probably needed a decoration service which I already had done from them at my last oil change. Again poor customer service. I also had my engine rebuilt by them 6 months ago and in this diag they indicated I had 3 engine leaks which surprised me, wouldn’t they have noticed and noted that 6 months ago when they had it completely opened up. all other items on my diag list was already noted previously when I paid for the diag 6 months ago. They seem to be money driven and could care less about providing you quinine service. More

I bought a used 2023 Nissan Altima from Daylon Simington last December, and he was an amazing sales consultant to work with. As a college student buying my first car on my own, I was nervous about the proce last December, and he was an amazing sales consultant to work with. As a college student buying my first car on my own, I was nervous about the process, but Daylon was incredibly respectful and patient throughout the entire experience. He really took the time to understand my budget and even spoke with his manager to help get the price down to something that worked for me. He allowed me to test drive the car multiple times and take my time inspecting it thoroughly before making a decision. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. The car originally did not come with the two front floor mats. Daylon told me that he would put me on his list even after I purchased it to get them for me. About a month later, he went out of his way to find the missing floor mats for me. That level of customer service really stood out to me! Compared to some other dealerships I visited where I wasn't treated well, Daylon made sure I felt comfortable, informed, and confident in my purchase. He answered all of my questions honestly and showed a level of integrity that can be hard to find at car dealerships.
