This is THE WORST dealership for any kind of service. I could never get a call back, took 24 to get a call back. They were rude, I had to pay for service when after buying an extended warranty. They ripped me off. I had a $7,200 warranty added to the price of my vehicle after telling Zac that I didn’t want it. I saw a listing on Autotrader of a 2023 Silverado ZR2 that was priced out as a certified vehicle. I test drove and liked what I was buying knowing it had additional warranty due to it being certified. Pu that was priced out as a certified vehicle. I test drove and liked what I was buying knowing it had additional warranty due to it being certified. Purchased the truck and bought an additional extended warranty to be a 6 year/100000 mile warranty total. Four days later I get a call from the dealership saying I needed to come in for some closing papers on the truck. When I showed up they informed me that they couldn't certify the truck due to a recall on the motor. They canceled my initial certified wrap warranty and moved me into a similar warranty to help with that. My issue is that I paid more for the value of a dealership certified vehicle and not the value of a dealership used vehicle. Maybe I'm wrong in this thinking but there is a difference between the two products. I paid for the higher level product and ended up with the lower overall. More
