I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It was for 8:40. It was 10:45 when I walked out. 2 hours is unacceptable for an oil change. This is not the first time this has happened. Although I typically am highly satisfied with the service I receive at McKinney Buick, I was disappointed this weekend with my experience there. It took well over two hours for a oil change, and I paid to ha I receive at McKinney Buick, I was disappointed this weekend with my experience there. It took well over two hours for a oil change, and I paid to have my windshield wipers replaced. Upon leaving the dealership after my service, I noticed that the wipers had not been replaced, even though I had paid for them, and I had to return to have them installed. Even so, no one apologized to me for this error.I know McKinney Bui k is better than this! More
