It's always hit or miss with the service department. On my last visit, their oil change service includes a car wash, safety inspection, and topping off fluids. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It was for 8:40. It was 10:45 when I walked out. 2 hours is unacceptable for an oil change. This is not the first time this has happened.
