I do not like the way that service center is handled. Use to the service advisor came to you now. You have to find one on your own. Today's 8/10/20 visit was asked what I was there for, was told okay. Was no to the service advisor came to you now. You have to find one on your own. Was also told that my MPP program doesn't cover oil changes which I believe I was told that it did when I purchased it. I will be choosing some place closer to home for future oil changes. More

As we all know, after sale provisions are uppermost in the event something goes wrong. The service consultant that I was assigned, Justin Sutton, was totally dismissive, unprofessional, and ignored me as a client. If that's professionalism, customer service and who I must rely on to advocate the maintenance and readiness of my vehicle, I will 'never' come back. His continued employment reflects the dedication, lack of professionalism, and after sales care it should pride itself. Lastly, my salesperson was not Cynthia Miller as I never met such a ghost of a person. More
