I didn’t care for the poor job that was done on the car wash I went in for a oil and filter change and it took two hours when I received my pickup back there was a dirty cleaning rag in my front seat and a wash I went in for a oil and filter change and it took two hours when I received my pickup back there was a dirty cleaning rag in my front seat and a tool left on my console I just felt like maybe Saturday was not the best day to have this job done like the people that was there didn’t really want to be I don’t know maybe it was just me for being there More

I was on my way to Dallas my transmission went out .this dealership took care of me with no problem my service adviser Brad was awesome. Service department is HORRIBLE!!! I have 9 months with my car and have been to service 5 times. Every time I take it to service I am told it will take it 1-2 days to get it fixed. Always a BIG LIE. I am alwa car and have been to service 5 times. Every time I take it to service I am told it will take it 1-2 days to get it fixed. Always a BIG LIE. I am always told they will call me back with an update it never happens. I always have to call to check on my car But never get a call back. I have had to drive 1 hour to get status only for them to tell me my car has not been looked at. I never get my call returned but 3/6 times I have walked in on them being on their personal phones laughing with each other. This last time was the cherry on the cake. I took my car in due to A/C problems. I took it in and came across Robert (the manager) before I left my vehicle I clearly asked him if my car would be ready by the following day because I was going out of town. This is exactly what he said “ Yes, I am the manager and I will make that work” I had to go at the end of the day the next day to get my vehicle because I was leaving on a very important work trip. Only for them to tell me it was not even yet. He said he could get me a car for 3 days but that was it when he knew I was driving 9 hours and I was going to be out for a whole week. That was all he could do!!! Then gave me a super tiny car when I drive a Yukon. I had to borrow another car to get all my work supplies in and be able to travel. They still charged me $190.00 for the rental car that I didn’t even use. Not once did they apologize all he said was he wasn’t going to argue with me because I was holding down to his OWN words. Keep in mind I was never arguing with other him ALL I WANTED was a solution something they couldn’t do for me. Very very frustrating service!!! More

We dropped the car off yesterday to diagnose a noise coming from the front. We were told it might be a day or two. No one called us with updates by late afternoon on day two so we called them. We were told that no one had looked at it yet and that he had put it in the que but had no idea when they would get to it. We found this to be very unacceptable response. We went down and picked it up and the service guy would not even look at us or apologize for the delay. Terrible customer service. Stay away from them. More
