I had my car serviced there for the first time. I set up my appointment through My Buick app, which was simple, but when I got to the dealership, there was no record of my appointment. Luckily, I was still able to drop it off, but what was the point of doing everything online ahead of time when I had to do it there, anyway. The work took a few days, but had been told it would take 24-48 hours for the diagnostics to be ran. After two days, I hadn’t heard anything and had to call for an update. My service person didn’t have an update and had to get with the technician and said he would call right back. Another 24 hours later, I got the call it was done. I dropped it off Monday morning and didn’t get a proactive call until the work was complete on Thursday! The work seems to all be fine, except the mud on the floorboards. I’m probably going to keep looking around for another place. This is a new car, and I’m coming from always working with Crest the last 10 years. Maybe I’m spoiled, but they were amazing. I’d go back if I could. More

My only feedback is that when I walked into the service room (where the employees are stationed behind their computers in a long row) not a single person acknowleged my presence. As a new customer gettingy first service this was a little bit frustrating. Stood there just hanging around and looking at the various employees purposely not make eye contact and continue doing their jobs until a nice female employee came out from another office and asked if I was helped. Her customer service was fine, but it would've been nice to be greeted immediately so that I know I'm acknowledged and that someone would be right with me. Without the greeting I'm left thinking if anybody knows I'm there and if anyone is going to help me. More
McKinney Buick GMC is where I have taken my 2018 Yukon Denali for service. The Service Department can be a hit or miss depending on what type of service you are getting done. They have been on top of serv Denali for service. The Service Department can be a hit or miss depending on what type of service you are getting done. They have been on top of service problems repairing and taken care of my service issues and needs. If I felt the work was not addressed properly they would correct it immediately and make sure the repairs were completed correctly. They have taken the time to make sure that things are done properly and in a timely manner. I will continue to take my Yukon to McKinney Buick GMC for my service issues in the future. More
