Never go to Mclarty Daniel Buick Went here to get a truck, found one got all the proper paperwork done, Approved and signed all papers from dealership and bank for the purchase of a t Went here to get a truck, found one got all the proper paperwork done, Approved and signed all papers from dealership and bank for the purchase of a truck, I was informed that it needed a safety check before it could leave, I'm fine with that cause it was a couple years older and I could pick it up the next day. The next drive drove back here to pickup truck they said it was not done and be the next day. The next day they called and said it was ready so again drive over an hour back up there and then they tell me that I didn't get approved, Keep in mind we already signed all the contract papers a couple days prior to that. So they pretty much just lied to us. The few days later they they had a truck for me and I should come look at it. We got approved after waiting almost a week. We again signed all contract and agreements. A couple days later i noticed that the transmission was making ballot of bad noises i looked up truck by VIN number that it had a safety recall for it issued the prior year.Called the dealership and made appointment at tgere servics department and asked why it wasn't checked before sold, Got no answer from them about it or the issues about transmission. After service appointment I was informed that recall was valid but they had no software to update it. I called other dealers about this issues they said it was parts that had to be replaced not just an software update and it is a safety issue not getting it fixed. Another thing is they did could not produce a title for the truck to tag it now 3 temp tags later and still no title. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE NOTHING BUT TROUBLE AND THE RUN AROUND ON EVERYTHING. More
