Most everything was done by phone and a Tracy found what we were looking for in just a couple hrs after being told by a dealership here in KC that it wasn’t available! I have a cousin that lives in Bentonville and I will be taking care of the maintenance there instead of KC. When visiting him. Tracy also showed us the shop area, of which I was very impressed! Clean and organized with the proper lifts and equipment to facilitate customer warranties and repairs. He also spent the time going over all the options and settings on the truck! Very impressed!
