"Warranty Service "

I was living in California when the metal trim on all of the doors of my 2015 Acadia Denali had to be replaced. I moved to Arkansas six months later and the trim is coming loose on all of my doors. I went to McLarty Daniel Buick GMC in Bentonville. They were great. They honored the warranty and replace all the metal trim again. All the service department staff is the best.

"First oil change of new vehicle"

I called to setup an appointment to change the oil/rotate tires and was able to get in that afternoon. It was my first service for a 2018 Sierra. Everything went smoothly as usual! This is the best service department I have ever been too.

Didn’t have an appointment, so it took a couple of hours. We’ve used the dealership since it was Everett/Maxey. Always been pleased. The one negative thing I noticed was nobody was smiling. Too bad.
