Their lounge is always clean and now they have pulled seating out to limit how many people can set in the area and how close you might be to another visitor. There's a bench outside to set on and the razorback greenway is just a short distance away so I could ride by bike while waiting on the routine service. More

Service Department Trouble I bought a 2019 GMC Terrain on August 6, 2019. A few months later it had a recall, which I requested be addressed when I put it in the shop for an oil I bought a 2019 GMC Terrain on August 6, 2019. A few months later it had a recall, which I requested be addressed when I put it in the shop for an oil change in December. February 2nd, after less than 6 months of ownership, I had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership because the turbo (the reason for the previously addressed recall) went out while my family and I were traveling on the highway. Jackson Way, my service adviser, claimed that the recall undid itself and that he had never seen that happen before. Jackson was also my service adviser in December when I requested the recall be addressed. Makes me wonder if it was even repaired to begin with. Good thing I have already contacted GM and made them aware of the issue. More
Complete Incompetence! After the Flexplate on my 2012 Enclave broke for the 5th time (this time just out of warranty) McLarty had just taken over the dealership. Buick said After the Flexplate on my 2012 Enclave broke for the 5th time (this time just out of warranty) McLarty had just taken over the dealership. Buick said the dealership was empowered to assist me with the cost as a loyal Buick customer. But the only person able to make any adjustments was the Service Manager who conveniently was on a 3 week vacation leaving me with the $3500 bill to pay out of pocket. After NUMEROUS calls and texts with Cassie Beers (Customer Satisfaction Manager) and finally catching her in her office she again tried "to see" if the Service Manager had time to visit with me on this, you guessed it, nope he had no time for a customer yet. It's been over a year and he has never had the time to look me in the eye. The fact that his dealership failed to correct the problem 5 times did not matter, it is out of warranty is his only response. And you guessed it, they have a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty and now after 14 months and almost 30,000 miles the SAME PART (FLEX PLATE) is broken again! This time after towing it to Crain Buick in Springdale they are replacing a defective crankshaft that was the cause, breaking the flex plate repeatedly and Buick is splitting the cost because of how poorly I was treated at McLarty! If I could give a negative 10 I would. Cassie "dropped the ball" (her own words) when she "forgot to get with the service manager" and only did after being cornered in person. Also for a completely unresponsive Service manager that is unable to make time to meet with a customer after REPEATED FAILED attempts on a major repair. Add to this a service that is so COMPLETELY INEPT they COMPLETELY FAILED to find the root cause of a problem that repeatedly caused major expensive repairs! I HAVE the service documentation as proof!
