I was not asked to provide a copy of my sales agreement, the original agreement was signed by the Sales Manager on a pink slip of paper and given to Service. They updated our service profile to reflect lifetime oil changes for my vehicle. I have had all of the service done on my Yukon thru the dealership because of the piece of mind of gmc trained technicians and the convenience and service incentives of being able to have my oil changed, tires rotated and any other services performed all at once. Based on the new service policy of no longer honoring previous service agreements thru Everett (documented in the system) I will have my Yukon serviced at a different GMC dealership as there is clearly no loyalty to previous customers or incentive to have my vehicle serviced there.
