Great experience Allen Cotner was very helpful with our purchase of a new Sierra 1500. He took the time to walk up and down the lot to find a handful of Sierras to co Allen Cotner was very helpful with our purchase of a new Sierra 1500. He took the time to walk up and down the lot to find a handful of Sierras to compare and got the keys and brought them all to the front. So my selection was narrowed down to the perfect truck for me. He even stayed late with us to finish up our purchase. I had a stack of pallet wood in my trade-in and he helped me get it all into my new truck. Great guy. I recommend dealing with him. More

We couldn’t get any positive results from the dealers in Kansas City at all. Most everything was done by phone and a Tracy found what we were looking for in just a couple hrs after being told by a dealership here in KC that it wasn’t available! I have a cousin that lives in Bentonville and I will be taking care of the maintenance there instead of KC. When visiting him. Tracy also showed us the shop area, of which I was very impressed! Clean and organized with the proper lifts and equipment to facilitate customer warranties and repairs. He also spent the time going over all the options and settings on the truck! Very impressed! Also, Brian the finance manager was a pleasure to deal with as well! More
