They try to be nice and accommodating, yet they just can't get it right. Every time I have any dealings with them, they do unsatisfactory work. They never finish the job correctly. A history of wo can't get it right. Every time I have any dealings with them, they do unsatisfactory work. They never finish the job correctly. A history of work that has to be repeatedly redone, parts not installed correctly. The latest fiasco is a 20,000 mile warranty check up oil change costing $236 and 2 weeks later the oil change required light message is coming on. The constant employee turn over at all levels is a sure sign of a poorly managed company. Simply do not trust any work they try to do... I live 1 1\2 hours away, so it is an all day ordeal just to have work not done right. More
