I have always been treated friendly and what I felt was fairly. Sometimes there was a small mistake but when I mentioned it to the representative he fixed it I am especially grateful to Cole who always t fairly. Sometimes there was a small mistake but when I mentioned it to the representative he fixed it I am especially grateful to Cole who always treats me well and keeps me well informed. He seems to really care about what I need done and my experience that I have at the dealership. Sometimes there seems to be a disconnect with the lady that answers the phone and sets up the appointments. All of my information or necessary notes don’t seem to make it in the system. Once I got tires rotated that were brand new and tried to charge me. Cole fixed this. Another time the person failed to put in that I already had 4 oil changes pre-paid for through your system. Cole fixed this too. More
