Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. Of any kind of business. Made an appointment for 7:45am on Thursday 11/2/2023. I dropped it off the night before. The appointment was to have the oil changed, tires rotated and a fluid leak looked at. Did not receive an communication from the dealer regarding The vehicle other than a text stating I can text them back if I had any questions. I had to text them back twice with no answer, I had also called them twice , the receptionist at the dealership answered both times and transferred the call back to the service department nobody ever picked it up either time. So at 2 o’clock I went by the dealership to check on the vehicle. Was told that they had to order a part. I asked why nobody had called and told me about it. And basically got no response from the service advisor that was I was dealing with. Very rude!! So I asked if I could take my vehicle and they told me sure, I asked what I owed they said nothing I said I should owe for the oil change and tire rotation. They told me it had not been performed . I took the vehicle to another dealership to have them look at it to change the oil and rotate the tires. They called me back that they told me that I needed a gasket for the fluid leak I had asked them about. Which was not the same thing that the first dealership had told me was wrong with it. Would absolutely not recommend anybody ever take the car to the dealership or purchase anything from them ever More

I was not happy with my recent service. Even though I made an appointment for a specific timeslot, I was just "in line" and my diagnostic was not completed until 24 hours later; I had to l Even though I made an appointment for a specific timeslot, I was just "in line" and my diagnostic was not completed until 24 hours later; I had to leave my car overnight with no promise of when it would be complete. I had told the service department that I would need a vehicle by noon the following day. I had to text several times for updates. When they finally indicated at the 24 hour mark that I would need a hose to fix the "check engine light" error, they said they wouldn't be able to complete that until the next day, taking me out to 2.5 days without a car, and still no promise of what time it would be complete. I gave up and told them I needed a vehicle and would have to schedule to have the new hose installed some other time. They said "well that will put you at the back of the line". This is unacceptable. If you don't honor appointment times, why bother making appointments? More
