My service advisor, Scott Chilson, did an awesome job from the time I dropped the car until I picked it up. My issue was the condition of the car upon pick up. The were greasy hand prints all over the do from the time I dropped the car until I picked it up. My issue was the condition of the car upon pick up. The were greasy hand prints all over the door , hood and left front fender. The driver side floor map was very dirty. I am not sure why it was returned to me this way. That is my only issue. The work done to the car is always top notch. I had new brakes and rotor work done. Thanks, Rick More

I bought a jeep from this dealership in 2014. There was a recall on the transmission while it was on the lot and ended a month before I bought it off of their lot--not fixed per the recall. Right after I bou recall on the transmission while it was on the lot and ended a month before I bought it off of their lot--not fixed per the recall. Right after I bought it the transmission seized up and I barely got it back to the dealership. They said they fixed it. They did not. It did the same thing three more times. I brought it in, where they said they fixed it. They did not. Finally, the last time I brought it in they said oh you've brought it in enough for the same problem so we can replace your transmission. It broke down again, except it almost killed my son on the highway because it seized up in heavy traffic. I took it in and a week later got it back yesterday. Te charged me 100 even though it was part of the recall. There was a traction light on before I drove it off of the lot. They tested it and said it was the battery. I went home and replaced the battery. Now the traction light and the check engine light is on. I'm scared to drive it back to the lot. They are not concerned about me or my family's safety.
