Our only real pain point came from trying to get details of the specific van we ended up buying. On the test drive day, we were told that the van probably wasn’t actually in inventory, but no one tried to confirm this for us and get back to us. We had to call the dealership later to finally confirm it was on the lot. Also, we were initially told that our preferred seat configuration was unavailable in the van, though the pictures on the website or an in-person check would have confirmed 8 seats were available. Ultimately, it just seemed like we had to do a lot more research than should have been necessary. More
