Started slow but improved My wife and I had decided that we wanted to replace our 15 year old Ram 1500 with a new Ram 2500. After some shopping online, we found two trucks we My wife and I had decided that we wanted to replace our 15 year old Ram 1500 with a new Ram 2500. After some shopping online, we found two trucks we were interested in at McLarty Daniel in Bentonville. Our first contact was with Hannah Morris online. She set up my first visit to look at the trucks up close. I was very pleased dealing with Hannah. She was professional without being overly pushy as I experienced with another dealership. When I arrived at the dealership I waited at least 15 minutes before I spoke with a salesman. Honestly I was getting impatient, but the dealership was very busy. I met with Matt Sims who was very helpful and personable. I was able to look at and test drive both vehicles. Matt arranged for me to take one of the trucks home for the night. The drive to work the next morning fully sold me on the truck. When my wife and I returned the next day to discuss the purchase of the truck, I felt like we were treated fairly and respectfully. I felt like everyone we dealt with tried their absolute best to make our buying experience as smooth as possible. I felt like the deal we were offered was incredibly fair too. You seem to have a good team who enjoy what they do. More
