Very Helpful I reached out to this dealer online about trading in my vehicle I was still paying on. Their web team contacted me quickly and had me scheduled for a meeting. I unsure of my ability to purchase a vehicle since I am starting over credit wise. I mostly wanted to see what if any options I had for a newer vehicle. From the start I was treated with respect by all of their team members despite my low credit. They took the time to find a way to help me out. While I wasn't able to purchase the car i wanted they found a way to help me and put me in a new car despite my credit and a better situation to rebuild my credit. Thanks to all that helped; Richard my salesperson worked very hard at helping me figure out my options and a fun test drive, Brian for sitting down with me and explaining my situation and my options in detail and getting me approved. The web team Hannah & Robin for checking on me and making sure I was getting good service. and finally Yulitza for putting together all my paperwork and finalizing my purchase. Also Richard Nickell who did an excellent job handling my financing and explaining all the numbers and my warranty information in detail.
