We contacted the dealership online initially and received a prompt reply from Robyn. Because we are located 2 hours away, we knew what we wanted and emailed our requests to them. They took all the information we gave and worked quickly, having a car ready with financing for us in a matter of days. This meant a lot to us as with the location being a big trip for us, we couldn't go back and forth and they really worked with us with that. A few days after first contact, they told us all is ready and we went up that Saturday and picked up the car. The process once there took maybe a couple of hours total. They have a really beautiful building, they had fresh donuts and coffee and popcorn free for their customers. Dwayne was really helpful the whole time, he had the exact car we wanted all ready for us on our arrival, and it even had a wheel upgrade, which was a nice surprise. We would definitely recommend this place and work with Dwayne again next time we need a car. He is not pushy or forced, but very natural and friendly in his manner and got things done well, and in a timely fashion - which we so appreciated. And a great guy to talk baseball with too. More
