I’d be more than happy to let you know ways you could improve although it will no longer help me. I also shared this in the dealership. 1. Do something about your phone system. I’ve never had such a hard time actually speaking with a person. This started when I wanted to speak with sales and couldn’t get a person after calling four times. I can almost guarantee you’re losing business because if I hadn’t had a specific car in mind I would’ve gone somewhere else. It continued when I had problems with my title and tried to get a person for over a week for something that shouldn’t have been a major issue. 2. Your finance department is a joke. I had a simple question for the gentleman when filling out finance information and his answer was “I don’t know, I put the numbers in here and that’s what comes out”. It was a simple question and he couldn’t answer it. When I pushed more because I wanted an answer he rolled his eyes and walked out. He came back with a manager who didn’t understand what was happening, just thought I was upset for no reason because my payment went up and gave me a hard time for “trying to push the price lower”. I honestly didn’t care that my payment was a little more I just wanted to know why. 3. It took almost two months to get my title because of an issue on your end. It would be bad enough if it were just me but my sister in law is now currently waiting for a title because of yet another mistake on your end. My best friend also recently purchased from you and was told several times the title would be dated from when she received it and not from the purchase date. Straight lie. 4. Service department. I didn’t even touch on this in my review but may as well mention it. I brought my car in to be serviced and was told I had two recalls on my vehicle. They said they would fix one no problem but the other one they weren’t certified to fix so I would “have to find somewhere else to go”. I mean come on. You’re a Jeep dealership and you can’t fix Jeep recalls? Not even a “I’ll help you find where to get this fixed”. Basically a “sorry, can’t help you with that, good luck!” We also had a simple item we needed fixed on a different Jeep we bought through you. Your service department couldn’t figure it out and said it couldn’t be done. Want to know how long we were in the Springdale dealership to have it fixed? Less than ten minutes. The sad part is this doesn’t even cover everything. I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review for a business before but dealing with your dealership has been one of the most frustrating business transactions I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing.
