Special order experence Special ordered a truck, however it was ordered incorrectly by accident. It was an accumulation of errors combined with a very specific list of option Special ordered a truck, however it was ordered incorrectly by accident. It was an accumulation of errors combined with a very specific list of options. and a system that is not as friendly to special orders as it could be - welcome to the word of "package options". Understandable, but frustrating, special orders are more difficult to process than a batch of generic "package options". Compounding is issue the sale people who helped me order the truck, one retired and the other moved away so follow up communication or updates on build status was virtually non existant unless we visited the dealer and tried to get information. Enter Dylan and Don, they had the chore of catching up after the fact and letting me know the order error. Both gentlemen were more than curtious and helpful offering to reorder correctly and make sure my wife and I were 100% satisfied. In the end we did accept the truck as is and are very satisfied with it. Dylan and Don were great to work with. More
